Corporate conflicts are disputes arising between society, its participants (shareholders), and management. Gradually, by the will of judicial practice, the beneficiaries of companies are also active participants in conflicts.
The basis of corporate conflicts, as a rule, are the contradictions between the interests of large and small participants, shareholders and managers, as well as the beneficiaries and management of the company. In addition, a significant reason for the occurrence of corporate conflicts is the struggle of interested parties for control over society.
In practical life, corporate conflicts take a wide variety of forms, often causing serious damage to both their participants and society as a whole.
The legislation is given as of March 2017.
In this book, the authors identify significant trends in the development of judicial arbitration practice in the field of corporate disputes, and also provide recommendations for their effective resolution
