“Russian Fairy Tale”, not completed by the author, the manuscript, largely summarizes the theses given in the two previous monographs, but also spreads them. The work classifies plots and characters, and also gives a wide historical context: how did the study of the fairy tale in Europe began? What path did it go in Russia? Who were the same storytellers who retold the plots of collectors known to us since childhood?
