The trend concept of "Russian world" implies the reintegration of elements of the post -Soviet space, the restoration of the power and greatness of the Russian state in the 21st century, the maintenance and development of the patriotic feelings of its citizens. The question of the Russian unity of the territory of the so -called post -Soviet space can be formulated simply: a union or a country? Now, after more than one and a half decades of searches for new forms of socio-political structure of the post-socialist world, it is becoming increasingly difficult to assess the fact and consequences of the collapse of the USSR.
