Have you ever thought about why Russia, turning into an empire, never found a worthy emperor? Where did the ousted elites disappear and where did the new ones come from? Who and with what national ideas generally govern the state? Our Western and Eastern “partners”, judging by their unquenchable interest, not only know the answers to these questions, but also continue to achieve their presence in solving any of our internal problems. As far as they succeed, one can judge by the confidence of the people to power. Will this people be able to maintain the right to be considered the third civilization or will allow their fatherland to turn into the country of the Third World, into a raw materials appendage of the world community?
The deceitfulness of modern diplomacy formats, as well as the euphoria from the rapid development of science and technology, keep humanity in a state of constant shock, which creates levers of managing such masses. And, it seems, everything will only aggravate, unless once the first signs of the upcoming and irreversible technogenic disaster do not appear that can shake the world and force him to look for completely different forms of existence of civilizations. And the features of the behavior of migratory birds tell us that the reason for this will not be global climate warming
