Rhetoric for Lawyers. Educational Manual

The textbook was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the direction of preparation 40.03.01 "Jurisprudence" (bachelor"s level).
The stated material is aimed at developing the rhetorical skill of students necessary for creating effective argumentation, the ability to speak publicly and influence on the conviction of the students. Practical tasks provide for the analysis of the original text, as well as work with the best examples of domestic and foreign oratory.
The purpose of the manual is to teach the laws of preparation and pronouncing public speech in order to have the desired impact on the audience in communicative -speech situations typical of the lawyer"s professional activities.
