The monograph is devoted to the formation and implementation of the regional strategy of Israel. The historical retrospect examines the approaches of the Israeli leadership to ensure national interests in conditions of constant threats and isolation in the region, analyzes the influence of the Arab-Muslim environment and the ethno-confessional factor on the development of a regional strategy. The “peripheral strategy” of Israel is studied in detail. Particular attention is paid to Israeli policy in relation to Central Asia states in the post -Soviet space. The appearance of a “new peripheral strategy” in the light of changes in the safety of Israel and taking into account its interests is recorded.
