The collection presents the results of the study of the problems of the development of public consciousness in the era of the began social transformations dictating the need to rethink the principles of the being of mankind. The significance of ideology as a form of public consciousness in which the meanings of the life of society, as well as the influence of the latest information technologies and network communications, is substantiated, is justified. Consciousness is considered in a global context, with a special emphasis on the situation in Russia, experiencing a strip of deep reformation of all aspects of society. The significance of spiritual, value aspects of innovative modernization is revealed.
