This textbook is intended for students studying under the English-language master"s program “State Policy in the post-Soviet countries” (Post-Soviet Public Policy), recently launched at the Faculty of Political Science of the Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov. As part of the course, students are offered a brief overview of Soviet and post -Soviet history in the studied areas, and explanations are given to key transformations affecting the current state of infrastructure policy in the region. The manual combines regional specifics and global trends, and also offers the reader a general view of the future of infrastructure development in the post -Soviet space.
The author does not set himself the goal of providing the reader with a detailed analysis of all aspects of the infrastructure policy. This course of lectures was developed as an introduction to the studied area through the prism of copyright experience and vision.
