The monograph is devoted to the problem of the formation and development of such an industry section of hermeneutics as political hermeneutics. The origins of this hermeneutics themselves are considered, directly arising from the history of classical hermeneutics (chapter 1), as well as its methodological foundations (chapter 2) and applied features (chapter 3) It is from this triad (history - theory - practice) that the foundations of political hermeneutics are displayed, which seems to them as the "deep method" of study of the essence of political elites and their elite and is characterized as a methodological section of eliteology, which allows to reveal the political "backstage" as the main sphere professional activities of non -public elites.
In the formation of hermeneutic understanding, an important element is the clarification of the internal connection of such a triad as "language - word - text". The author consistently reveals the idea that the language is expressed in the word in the same way as the word itself in the text, which in turn is intended for disclosure in another language and in another word
(in the system "I am not -I, )
intended for students, graduate students and specialists, everyone who is interested in the problems of political consciousness and thinking of elites
