The essence and content, functions and elements of the organization of personnel labor at the enterprise are revealed, scientific approaches to the organization of labor are characterized, methods and examples of labor organization in various areas are given. Significant attention is paid to the methodological and practical issues of labor standardization: the essence of labor standardization is revealed, the classification of norms and standards, the classification of working time costs, the methods of studying the costs of working time and methods of labor standardization are shown, and modern labor standardization methods have been demonstrated on specific examples. The methodological and practical issues of the organization of managerial labor are revealed in detail: the technologies for individual planning of the working time of managers and specialists are considered, the technique of personal work of the head (specialist) has been described, recommendations on the organization, planning and equipment of workplaces of managers and specialists are given. The chapter ends with the consideration of the theory and practice of labor regulations, the example of the development of the regulations is given
