Ethical aspects of business relations are revealed. The essence of the social responsibility of organizations as a modern concept of building relations between business entities and society is considered, and the features of the implementation of the concept of social responsibility in Russian practice are emphasized. The capabilities and methods of increasing the ethical level of organizations in relationships with the external and internal environment are revealed. Specific recommendations are given on the development and application of ethical codes, as well as examples of ethical and social codes of Russian companies. The ethical norms of business relations of managers and subordinates are presented. The main problems of business communication are distinguished and approaches to their solution in typical working situations are proposed. Methods are considered to determine the ethical level of the organization, the psychological atmosphere and the state of interpersonal relations in the team, as well as a number of tests and practical tasks that can be used to evaluate and develop specific skills of effective business communication (including the ability to listen to the interlocutor , the ability to overcome speech barriers, the ability to feedback in business communication, the ability to understand and use the non -verbal language of communication, the ability to identify manipulations in business communication and confront them, etc)
