In this monograph, personnel management is revealed through two interconnected components: selection and stimulation of staff. Given the development trends of the organization of labor management (including the introduction of digital technologies) and the unique domestic legal landscape, the authors developed modern tools for selecting and stimulating personnel. On the basis of modern legal, economic and managerial theories, the potential of an employment contract is shown, which consists in its functional flexibility and wide discretion of the employer.
