The work of the Open Conspiracy belongs to the pen of the famous English writer Herbert Wells, widely known in Russia as the author of the science fiction novels "Time Machine", "Man-Human War", "War of Worlds" and others. In addition, Wells worked in the genres of a household novel, children"s, popular science literature and journalism. "Open Conspiracy" is a genre rare for an English writer, which can be called political. The proposed work can even be called a manifesto containing a call to humanity to convert the world on a new basis.
"Open Conspiracy" was not previously translated into Russian and was not published in our country. The first version of this work was light in 1928. Several times the work was processed and reprinted. This book is a translation from the 1933 publication. The essence of Wells from the reconstruction of the world is to dismantle sovereign states and create a world state headed by the world government instead. Some positions of the Open Conspiracy program look utopian, but at the same time, a number of the provisions of the program are already implemented, and some are in the implementation stage. Despite the fact that the work was written about 90 years ago, it helps to better understand the essence of the processes taking place today in the world
