The book sets out the foundations of a new explanatory-subject theory of the orderliness of social being of the world called nomology (from the Greek word “nomos”, meaning “orderliness”, as opposed to chaos, as arbitrariness) The initial position outside the Hegelian-Marxist nomology is the idea that the present and future of the social being of the world is ordered by the reflection of the entire past of being in public memory, both conscious and subconscious. In the initial chapter, this situation develops to a speculative, harmonious, consistent and internally consistent theory about commemorative methods of inheritance, renewal, suppression and restoration of social existence of the world. In the following chapters, the developed theory is clarified and deepened for the most important manifestations of public being of the world related to statehood, property, money and value, vitality, etc. Further, the entire previous material is applied to the description of the characteristics of the indicated cash manifestations in the historical conditions of Russia. The last chapter sets out a whole and coherent idea of the necessary and possible direction of Russia"s being, built taking into account its original historical essence. Thus, the book gives answers to the main questions of the Russian intelligentsia: Who is to blame? And What to do? It is intended for everyone who is interested in the actual device and the development of the human world and especially Russia
