Continuation of Yitzhak Adizes about the most urgent problems of modern politics.
This book is the second part of the collection of thoughts of Ishak Adizes about modern politics.
It contains articles from the blog of the world business guru. Ideas for essays often grew out of those heard and seen at meetings with people around the world during the consultations, which the author gave government officials, legislators and a variety of public figures up to the presidents of countries.
Adizes considers the most acute problems of the modern world, including:
Difficulties in developing countries,
Management problems in Russia,
The Ukrainian crisis and relations of Russia with the rest of the world,
The problems facing the USA,
Problems of economic growth,
Terrorism and other modern threats,
Social difficulties and aging of the population.

The blog may have a lot of sources and reasons for existence, but still, as a rule, behind him is the voice of one person. And this is what distinguishes him from others.
re -reading the notes collected in this edition, I see that sometimes my voice is a voice in a dispute on conflicting topics, sometimes it is a voice of grudge, and sometimes, to my surprise - the voice of an ardent populist. More recently, I returned from my trips to Russia, Ukraine, Greece and Israel. My notes are written in many ways under the impression of these trips.
In the Russian Federation, I met with bankers and officials of all regions as part of the Russian Federation. We set clear goals: to study the paths through which we can make the economy more productive and effective ... as well as, in this regard, to find ways to introduce mutual respect and trust in the economic structure of the state.
In Greece, I met with corporate and political leaders, and we discussed how to get out of the swamp into which the country is immersed. Trips to Israel for me are always like a return home, although I have been living in the USA since 1963, however, I have been regularly met with various figures.
Permanent readers of my weekly blog may notice that some notes were corrected. Changes reflect, in particular, by the rethinking of individual issues on the basis of letters from readers, which, I note with pleasure, are very active. Editing also reflect my reaction to historical changes in the policy and structure of our world.

According to his PAEI model, to achieve efficiency, the manager needs four qualities: P - the manufacturer of the results (Producer), a - administrator (Administrator), E - entrepreneur (Entrepreneur), I - integrator (Integrator) All this cannot be combined in one person, so you need to have several strong managers at the helm of the corporation
