The book is a university textbook on modern history of international relations, covering the period from the collapse of the Soviet Union (1991) to the global crisis caused by pandemia Covid- 19 (2020) From the standpoint of systematicity, new phenomena in international life and the main trends in its development over the past 30 years are considered. Four sections are devoted to international relations in Europe, North East Asia, in the Middle East and North Africa, in Latin America. Particular attention is paid to the foreign policy of Russia, its foreign policy interests and priorities in the regions of the world considered in the book.
