The monograph discusses the process and the results of political content management in the Online space of modern states in the post-truth era. The authors conceptualized the concept of "political content" and an explanatory model of political content management in the Online space was developed. On the example of a study of political content formed as part of the Governor"s Electoral Cycle 2018-2019. and in the network communities of citizens "typical" and "overheard" in 22 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the potential for the influence of political content on the institutions of the political system, the activities of actors in public policy, practice and form of political participation and communications in Online and Offline spaceships were evaluated The intersection and fault lines of official and civil discourse were allocated.
