Membership in the European Union. Monograph

This monograph is the first comprehensive domestic publication devoted to membership problems in the European Union. The work provides a legal analysis of the existing practice of expanding the European communities and the European Union (from 1951 to the present) based on authentic texts of agreements on joining English and French.
The monograph discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the process of the emergence of the state from the European Union. The study of the process of British’s exit is based on a legal analysis of the provisions of the constituent agreements of the European Union, acts of the institutions of the European Union, the national legislation of Great Britain, as well as on the published scientific works of the domestic and foreign doctrine dedicated to certain aspects of withdrawal from the European Union.
Separate attention is paid to the analysis of the agreement on the release of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and North Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community 2020
