Medical rhetoric. Tutorial

The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard and the curriculum of specialty 31.05.01 "Therapeutic case". The manual includes theoretical and practical material that contributes to the formation of professional intellectual and speech skills of a doctor, monological and dialogical. It is reflected in the sections "Classical Rhetorical Canon as a base of the formation of a speech -mushroom culture of a doctor" and "Communication in the structure of the daily and professional activity of a doctor." The content is based on the basics of rhetoric, but at the same time focused on the medical sphere and includes, for example, issues of implementing semantic models of tops in professional texts, the role of metaphors in medical terminology, the characterization of the main and auxiliary communicative speech strategies in the conversation of the doctor and the patient, the rules of speech etiquette a doctor, the specifics of a consultation as a type of discussion and others. After each topic, questions are given for self -control, test and control tasks, a list of basic and additional literature. At the end of the manual, a dictionary of basic terms is placed, answers to test and control tasks are given, a list of topics for independent creation of speeches is given.
