The textbook first sets out a comprehensive scientific and methodological approach to the problem of managing the investment process. The theoretical foundations of the concept of management of the investment process are considered, the methodological base and methodological approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of economic systems of various levels and the management of the investment process in them, as well as the main types of risk of investment projects, methods for evaluating and managing them, are considered.
It systematically reveals the basic concepts, problems and tools of the concept of managing the investment process, assessing the investment attractiveness of economic systems, building investment strategies of firms, and implementing the basic functions of investment management.
