The textbook was created in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Professional Education in the specialties of “hotel business” (from the TOP-50 list) and “Hotel Service”. The educational publication is intended to study the general professional discipline Management and personnel management in hotel business.
The traditional and modern technologies and methods of personnel management are disclosed with the involvement of extensive practical material. The systems for organizing work in the hotel service, selection, arrangement, adaptation and training of personnel are considered. The current issues of managing the motivation and behavior of personnel as a single team, a business assessment of the effectiveness of the work of the hotel staff are highlighted.
This publication is supplemented by an application with recommendations for the prevention of coronary infection (Covid-19).
