The collection contains the materials of the anniversary XX International Conference of the Scientific School of the Professor L. M. Skrilina Man and his language, St. Petersburg, RSPU named after A.I. Herzen, September 14-16, 2022, dedicated to two anniversary dates: 1) the 225th anniversary of the foundation of the Russian State Pedagogical University named after A. I. Herzen, 2) Organizations and holding the anniversary XX conference of the scientific school-seminar L. M. Sklin Man and his language. The conference materials reflect the problems that are traditionally in the focus of the attention of the scientific school-seminar L. M. Skrilina “Man and his language”: 1. A person as a subject of language and speech, as the Creator of the Language and the participant of the statement, the language as a person’s belonging, his distinctive Quality, Home -in -Humanizing Essence of Language, Psychomechanisms of Language and Speech, ensuring the birth of a word and the formation of a sentence, 2. Actual problems of learning romance languages in synchrony and diachrony, 3. Actual problems of the methodology of teaching romance and other foreign languages. The collection is addressed to teachers, graduate students and students specializing in the field of general and romance linguistics, methods of teaching French, Spanish and other foreign languages. The conference materials are presented in the working languages of the international conference: Russian, French, Spanish
