The era of great changes, which was believed to occur after the collapse of communism and the “end of history”, became the time of not the real transformation of states according to the Western model, but imitation, often very superficial. But pretense sooner or later leads to a reverse reaction. Three decades of the game according to the Western rules, many “students” have tired of enduring the moral superiority of “teachers” - especially since the Western countries themselves were far from the ideal, which were shown by numerous cases of corruption, war crimes, neglect of human rights and restrictions of freedom of speech.
