The aim of the monograph is the introduction of the development of natural languages and language changes, the discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of the main theories and concepts relating to their causes and mechanisms, as well as the presentation of the abstracts of the author, which allow in general terms to state his own view of these issues. The conclusions of the author are the fruit of his long -term research in the field of historical linguistics, the theory of language changes, as well as language typology and contrasting linguistics.
