Being a continuation of the previous eight volumes (nine books), the real work is devoted to the study of the current state and prospects of the European Union and relations in the Russia-Ses-Ssha-China quadrangle and the analysis of what influence they have on the transformation of modern world order, accelerating under the influence of pandemia of coronavirus Covid-19 and its consequences. The previous volumes covered the period 2004-2005, 2006-2008, 2008-2009, 2010-2011, 2011-2014, 2015-2016, 2017 and the first half of 2018, 2018 and the first half of 2019. In the five sections of the new book, it understands what forms the competition takes between the largest world powers, how and what tasks they solve at the regional, trans -regional and global level.
