The monograph presents approaches to improving the information support system of personnel management based on a competency -based approach and individual tracking of the career of public civil servants in the context of the digitalization of public service, as well as the results of the study of domestic and international information support and analytical support systems for managing public service personnel, taking into account the characteristics of the requirements professional standard and application of the ontologies. Methodological recommendations have been proposed on the formation of a competency-qualifying model of a personnel reserve in the state civil service system, a methodology for modeling individual tracking career of state civil servants, and recommendations for the use and improvement of the state civil service personnel management software.
