Implementation models of projects: from individual to national. Meanings as a source of social development

The book first proposes a concept that allows you to reflect an internal source and driving force that determines various kinds of changes taking place in the real world, and a mathematical apparatus for modeling the dynamics of these changes. The internal source and driving force of any changes is the "meaning" as the desire of developing systems to ensure the correspondence of their assessments of the values ​​of the sources of the world around them with the appropriate value guidelines in the current situation. The presence of a non -compliance between the estimates of the values ​​of the source and its value guide gives rise to stress, which, depending on the channel of perception, can be expressed as sensory sensations, emotional stress or cognitive dissonance. The reduction of the voltage generates the corresponding reactions: reflex actions, emotional reactions or meaningful behavior. The work proposes a method for the formation of mathematical models of the implementation of meaningful behavior
