The farther the era of global bipolarity goes into history, the sharper and deeper the tragedy of the destruction of the Soviet state and the world socialist system is felt. Not just a powerful state disappeared from the political map of the world, one of the centers of the world structure of the 20th century, but the former humanity with its meaning, the goal and development priorities, bearing supports of the world order has disappeared. The essence and role of the subjects of the world political process that drive the development forces of the human community changed, the variety of forms of development, the competitiveness of the social systems of the Eurasian and Atlantic geopolitical projects has sharply decreased. The main subject of the world process was large capital of a transnational nature. And the very concept of “development” has changed its essential meaning - rather, we can talk about the degradation of the former model of the world and humanity in general. The principle of justice in international relations was dismantled, the principle of non -interference in the internal affairs of states is destroyed and laid down in the UN Charter, the use of military and “soft power” has become widespread. Why did humanity come to such a finale and what awaits the world ahead?
