The book analyzes trends in the development of modern war and distinguish processes that are key to the evolution of wars of the future. Considering the origins of modern American military-strategic concepts in their connection with the development of information and communication technologies, the author poses questions: what can the war of the future look like? How, taking into account the development of the latest technologies, the parameters of the use of force in the conflicts of the future are changing? How do these changes in the military sphere affect the contours of the world in which we have to live, on the emerging balance of forces and parameters of the world order forming before our eyes? And how, in the light of these changes, it may look like a possible “event” in the global politics of the 21st century?
