Once I was visited by the idea of writing a book by joint efforts, relying not only on my experience, but also on the experience of other practitioners, the experience of those people who manage their teams daily, lead their companies to results and build a dream team from their employees . You must admit that to get acquainted with the experience of successful people who have already gone a difficult path of the leader and solved many tasks for themselves - always interesting.
And so I chose the topic for the book and turned to everyone who knows with the call of the following content: "Friends, if you have met a difficult employee on your management path who, for various reasons, prevented you from creating and creating, and you with your own Management decisions created this employee such conditions under which he nevertheless moved to your side, write me about his decision, and I will publish it in the book.
In response, I got more than 2000 stories.

Unfortunately, most of them were the following content: "I had one complex subordinate .. (then a long story, as the leader drank blood), and in the end I fired him and began to breathe normally!"
To dismiss a person is, of course, a managerial decision, but still I would like to see how the managers managed to change a person in the book, after which he went to the side of the good. And if it doesn’t work, then do something else to change his worldview. And if it was not possible, then try to come up with some other decision. And only then to think about completing an employment relationship. Therefore, the stories "how I fired him" here is the minimum number, and then, only in cases where it really had to be done
