The work summarizes the constitutional experience of "color revolutions" and "Arab spring". Based on the analysis of constitutional amendments and new constitutions, the basic social and political conditions of these events are considered. The study of the constitutional and legal results of revolutions in the following areas was proposed: human rights, the basis of public and state system, state bodies and local self-government.
