Ostrovsky A.V. China at a new stage of economic reform (region) was prepared on the basis of speeches at the conference of the Center for Socio-Economic Research by China of the Institute of the Far East of the Russian Academy of Sciences, held on March 16, 2015 in Moscow. The work consists of two parts and four sections (in each part of two sections) The first part of the collection in general reflects the social and economic policy of the PRC in the years of the 12th five-year plan (2010-2015), its results and the situation in certain regions of the country. The second part analyzes the situation in various sectors of the Chinese economy and the development of the country"s trade and economic relations at the new stage of reform. The presented book draws important conclusions that despite a certain decrease in extremely high GDP growth rates, the macroeconomic indicators of the PRC (7.4% in 2014) remain higher than the mid -ID. In the context of the transition to the “new normality”, it still exceeds the intended indicative indicators while maintaining rational proportions in the economy, and at present the country is not threatened with an economic crisis. The high pace of socio-economic development of China is an important basis for the rapid development of trade, economic and financial cooperation with other countries of the world. In terms of content, the collection is very relevant in the light of the tasks set during meetings at the highest level of the leaders of the Russian Federation and the PRC in May 2015, according to the results of which 32 different documents on the development of the Russian-Chinese trade and economic cooperation were signed
