The main goal of this book is to talk about the changes that have occurred in former socialist countries. The author visited Germany (former GDR), Czech Republic and Slovakia (former Czechoslovakia), Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania.
In each of these trips, the author met with a variety of people: former leaders of states and governments, businessmen, economists, artists and artists, teachers and youth. Among the most famous interlocutors are the last general general of the Central Committee of the SPG Egon Krenz, the first prime minister of independent Slovakia Vladimir Mechyar, the last king of Bulgaria Simeon II, the former member of the Politbur of the Central Committee of Porp Stanislav Chosek, one of the founders of the trade union movement Solidarity Adam Mikhnika, the famous film director Kshishtof Zanussi, the famous rock singer Janosh Cobbos and many others
