The analytical report was prepared on February 2021 for the anniversary of the announcement of the World Pandemia Health Organization of the new coronavirus infection Covid-19. It considers the influence of the pandemic on the social sphere, economics and system of public administration in the Russian Federation. The results of two large -scale sociological studies are presented that reflect the dynamics of the attitude of the population to the pandemia and changes in social well -being, the assessment of the consequences of the pandemic for the education industry, the non -profit sector and volunteering. The economic consequences of coronacialsis from the point of view of macroeconomics, changes in the structure of industries, the development of the industry of digital technologies of world trade volumes are evaluated. The report includes an analysis of the actions of federal and regional authorities during the pandemic period, as well as the prospects for the transformation of the public administration system in Russia on the basis of managerial practices that have been accumulated in the process of opposing the pandemic.
