Nikolai Nikolaevich Gubenko - the famous actor, director, screenwriter, head of the theater "Commonwealth of Taganka Actors", is also known for his socio -political activity. He was the last Minister of Culture of the USSR (in 1989-1992), he was a deputy of the State Duma of the first two convocations, was elected to the Moscow City Duma.
