An appeal to the problem of crime for literature of all time and peoples is not just ordinary, but quite logical. However, fiction does not at all serve as an illustration of a scientific (criminal law) understanding. Moreover, she can even overtake certain doctrinal of the presentation, especially in the depths of approaches to the sociology of crime and the psychology of the criminal. At the same time, it is obvious that for some writers a criminal plot is significant for their work, and for others it may not be of any interest. In the book, the author attempted to explain this phenomenon.
