The monograph presents a new direction in modern psychology - the study of the social and psychological capital of the individual (SWCK) For the first time, the interpretation of the concept of "social and psychological capital of the person" is proposed, its relationship with other close psychological concepts, as well as with other forms of capital, is considered. The structure of socio-psychological capital and the relationship of this phenomenon with the socio-economic behavior of the individual, in particular with entrepreneurial, is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the features of SpCC in the conditions of the policulture of Russia. The work is carried out cross-cultural analysis of the UNFCC, consideration of the relationship of values and SWCs of representatives of various ethnic groups, as well as the assessment of the ratio of UNFCC with the ethnocultural heterogeneity of the regions of Russia
