This book is devoted to the description of a new computer modeling tool that received the name of agent-oriented models. Terms used in English: Agent-Based Models, Multi-Agent Approach, Autonomous Agent Systems, etc.
In this monograph, we explain in detail what agent-oriented models are and how they are built, what software is to implement them, what difficulties occur when they are constructed and subsequent use in different fields. Particular attention is paid to the use of supercomputers and geo-information systems, which are widely used both in science and in the business industry.
