Monographic work proposed to the attention of readers is a continuation of a long -term research project, carried out as part of the traditions of the Yaroslavl Law School (see: Yaroslavl Law School: past, present, future. Collective monograph, ed. . N. Tarusina. Yaroslavl, 2009. 834 p) It is a comprehensive study of exercises on contracts in the field of family law, labor law and social security law - on the basis of the general legal and civilistic theory of this design. Aimed at developing a legal doctrine, focused on the educational programs of undergraduate, magistrates and graduate schools in the direction of jurisprudence. It may also be of interest to practicing lawyers who are not indifferent to issues of the development of legal science - in conjunction with trends in legislative and law enforcement practice.
