The book contains both theoretical information on the foundations of spiritual life and practical recommendations necessary for the experienced passage of spiritual business. For this publication, the sisters of the translation group of the Novo-Tikhvina Women"s Monastery were translated from the Church Slavonic language of those ascetic creations of the St. Pair of the Vasilkovsky, Vasily Polyanomanulsky, Nile of the Soviet and Zosima Verkhovsky, who were almost not published in Russian in Russian.
