In the monograph summarized the significant experience of the authors for the treatment of heavy forms of sphincterlism of the bladder in children with myelodsplasia. The use of the original method of reconstruction of the seed-urethral segment with the help of loop plastics by vascularized muscular and aponeurotic flaps made it possible to achieve satisfactory results in almost 70% of cases. Based on the analysis of clinical material, the authors have developed a diagnostic protocol and allocated the main stages of the treatment of resistant forms of urine incontinence in spinal patients.
