Situation hermeneutics as a method of philosophical textology. Textbook

Our textbook is the first of its kind. Its foundation includes not only research but also the 25-year personal experience of the author, which encompasses reading and translating texts belonging to the main philosophical traditions of Eurasia (in Sanskrit, Latin, Ancient Greek, Arabic, English, French, German). The corresponding sections present an analysis of the specifics of philosophical texts in foreign languages (mostly in Sanskrit, Arabic, and New European languages), philosophical terminology, and their translation into Russian. The original texts used as illustrative examples belong to all these traditions. Defining the specifics of a philosophical text is impossible without addressing the issues of translation studies and philosophical theories of translation. This aspect is also given significant attention in this book. An important section of the textbook covers the principles of practical work with a philosophical text in a foreign language.
The reader is offered tasks and working texts, which, after working through, will enable them to easily read and analyze complex philosophical texts in the future.
