A Russian vocal school, characterized by its original performing principles, the nature of the pronunciation of the word and the design of the sound, existed many centuries. However, it rose to the classics level only in the 30s of the XIX century. Due to the Treatment was written by F.E. Evseev in 1838, who saw the light of previously works A.Varlamov and M. Glinka. The author analyzes the specifics of the individual vocal training of a singer in a professional choir team on the example of the court singing chapel, and also considers the influence of the Italian Bel Canto on the formation of the principles of sound recovery of the Russian vocal school.
