Shutoff valves for high parameters: research and design: monograph

The experience of domestic and foreign design of shut -off valves for high and ultra -high pressures is analyzed and summarized. Methods of calculating the efforts and geometric parameters of parts and nodes are proposed, taking into account supple, friction and sealing conditions. The results of studies are given that made it possible to develop recommendations for improving the current and developing new regulatory documents for the design and creation of locking valves.
