The Vedas define the four goals of human life - health, material well -being, honest name and freedom - and stated ways to achieve them. But, having recorded the Vedas, the ancient sage of Vyasa came to the conclusion that none of the above makes a person happy. And then, according to the instructions of his teacher, Narada, he wrote Srimad Bhagavatam, where he urged people to abandon everything that the Vedas call on. The Book of Vyasa is a conversation between the emperor of the ancient world with the hairdressed and blessed wanderer of Shukadeva. The emperor, having learned that he had to die seven days later, left the throne, family, friends and went to the shore of the ranks, so that, in thought of true values, to enter into eternity
