Tatyana Sergeyeva has a problem - her cat urgently needs a therapist. But instead of the unfortunate kitty, the head of a special brigade has to deal with the case of the Iginy couple. Herman and Varvara are actors, and at the dawn of their career, they had no time for children. And when the couple finally stood on their feet and wanted a child, it turned out that conception was impossible for medical reasons. The spouses were completely desperate, but one day on the way to a shoot, they noticed a crashed car in a ditch on a country road. Herman rushed to check if the victims needed help and found a dead woman behind the wheel. And in the back, on the floor, was a box with... a live baby! Herman and Varvara took the child and left the scene. They registered the boy as their own, raised him, and were happy. But recently, the Iginys received an anonymous letter. The blackmailer knows the truth, accuses the couple of kidnapping, and demands money to keep the secret. That's why they came to Sergeyeva. And in the end, Tatyana finds out the name of the person who extorted a huge sum. Hooray, everything is fine! But no, unexpectedly it turns out - she was wrong. And this mistake costs everyone too much...
