The book expands the ideas about the subtle line between psychology and psychiatry and offers a new look at the extreme states of consciousness. The book is addressed to psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, city administration, as well as all members of the Club of Gardeners. Each of the diseases in all situations demonstrates highly organized, almost mathematical predictability. One of the goals of this work was to show that the causal relationship, the philosophy of the “disease-output”, which are guided mainly by research and treatment in psychiatry, are not the only possible ways to observe or treat the effects of the above syndromes. It has a rvented persistent need for a procedural-oriented paradigm that studies various channels of human feelings and operates with specific individual and collective problems, as well as normal and extreme states. The new paradigm mixes psychiatry with social work, psychology and politics. In the future, as I believe, professions associated with mental health will consider modern psychiatry, psychology, social work, medicine and politics as specialized individual approaches to extreme states, as well as social and physical problems. The only way to reduce these specialists together is to consider them as one team
