The leading forensic expert of the Federal Criminal Police Office of Germany, Paul Herzfeld, found a note with his daughter Hannah's phone number in the head of a horribly disfigured female body. It turns out that the girl has been kidnapped, and the perpetrator with a twisted mind involves Paul in a deadly game, leaving a faint hope of saving his daughter. Another clue about further actions is hidden in another body, located on the northern island of Heligoland. However, Herzfeld has no chance of obtaining the information.
