A feature of this publication (a set of 4 colorfully designed thematic posters with methodological support) is the consideration of the formation of proper posture not only standing, but also sitting, the presence of complexes of exercises of correctioning gymnastics from the initial positions of sitting and standing, convenient for use as small forms of physical activity In the process of training and in free game activities.
Methodological recommendations are compiled in the light of modern requirements for the educational process presented in the new regulatory documents: Federal State Educational Standard, GEF NOO, SanPiN, and include the characteristics of the correct and incorrect posture of standing and sitting, options for the plot-role support of the sets of exercises presented on posters, a description of the corrective effect of each exercise, justification of its place in the complex. Typical errors are given when performing exercises, ways to prevent them and correction, guidelines for children in the process of performing exercises.
