Sergey Feklin: Legal support and financial provision for the implementation of a priority national project

The manual describes in detail each of the four directions for which the general education institution can spend money. It is indicated that the head of the general education institution is not entitled to spend federal subsidies. Samples of estimates and references are given, explanatory notes. The types of legal liability are described in the case of misuse of subsidies.
Work as an expert-lawyer of the federal operator of the priority national project "Education" (FGOU APK and PPRO) allowed the author to study the legal and financial aspects of the implementation of the PNPO, to prepare a methodological guide on the spending issues of federal subsidies.
